The Ranger Training Workout Program is a military style fitness system. There is no music, choreography, or complicated dance moves to worry about. This video is more of a walk-through workout. Explanations are given at the beginning of each exercise as to how they are to be performed. Then, you may follow along with the other students to complete each movement. Challenge yourself and see how well you do.
